In this role, you will exemplify the highest level of customer service standards to both internal and external customers. You will assist management in planning for the receipt of shipments, ensuring cost-effective receipt and determining any additional staffing needs. Your responsibilities will include processing shipments as they are delivered, maintaining accurate inventory records, and directing merchandise flow from the stock room to the sales floor. You will ticket and stock merchandise in the stock room or prepare it for immediate distribution to the sales floor. Additionally, you will organize stockroom departments, process inventory paperwork, maintain records of merchandise stored at off-site locations, and execute timely processing of donations and MOS merchandise. You will also ensure the stockroom is clean and organized, complete daily tasks as assigned, and may supervise and train stock associates. Assisting on the sales floor as needed and complying with all company policies and procedures will also be part of your role.
