About The Position

MilliporeSigma has an opening for a Shipper/Receiver on B shift for our Jaffrey, NH warehouse.  In this role you will maintain a high level of accuracy while performing a wide variety of tasks involved with receiving of materials, issuing material to production, preparing finished goods inventory for shipments, storing material into inventory via hand storage and pallet storage. You will also help ensure that all business objectives are being met, and the MilliporeSigma standards are being upheld. This position is responsible for leading a team in the warehouse operation. Maintain a high level of accuracy while performing a wide variety of tasks involved with receiving of materials, issuing material to production, preparing finished goods inventory for shipments, storing material into inventory via hand storage and pallet storage. Receive chemicals into the system and stage for Chem Shed, as well as distribute chemicals to production within our means (without the use of the sit-down lift). Participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of equipment and supplies and maintenance of inventory. Perform daily cycle counts, prepare international and recycling shipments, follow cGMP practices, operate various forklifts (stand-up, sit-down, electric, propane), obtain a DOT medical card, and operate a 20-foot box truck. Maintain records of received goods and issued goods Prepare data for computer input and works with computer printouts Use Oracle and barcode scanners via WMS system The hours are 2PM - 10PM, Mon-Fri, with occasional overtime.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Lift up to 50 pounds individually and up to 75 pounds as a team lift
