About The Position

Join Amazon Global Logistics as a Shipper Performance Coach and drive innovation in our transportation and logistics network. In this pivotal role, you'll enhance the shipper experience for vendors and sellers, evaluate network defects, and implement performance improvements. A day in the life As a Shipper Performance Coach, you'll start your day reviewing performance data and identifying trends. You'll then conduct coaching sessions with shippers, offering tailored advice to improve their processes. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with various teams to implement new strategies and track their effectiveness. You'll also participate in innovation sessions, brainstorming ways to revolutionize the transportation shipper experience. Final starting pay will be based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Requirements

High school or equivalent diploma
1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) experience
Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required

Are 18 years of age or older

Nice To Haves
