In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with vendors and sellers to optimize shipping performance, turning data insights into actionable solutions that enhance our global transportation network. Requirements

  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
  • 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) experience
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • Experience in project or program management
  • Bachelor's degree, or experience working for Amazon or any Amazon subsidiary or affiliate
  • Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or a related field
  • Experience using data to drive root cause elimination and process improvement
  • Experience with SQL
