About The Position
The Shipper 1 role involves performing daily warehouse duties, including conducting Lift Truck Safety Checklists and monitoring warehouse equipment, reporting any maintenance issues to the Warehouse Supervisor and Maintenance personnel. Key responsibilities include completing daily picks for all outbound orders, assisting the team with efficient loading and unloading of trucks, and verifying inbound/outbound products using packing lists and bills of lading. The position also requires consolidating partial pallets, reworking inventory as assigned by Shipper 3, and conducting cycle counts/recounts as directed by the Warehouse Coordinator. Maintaining good housekeeping by sweeping and picking up debris daily is essential. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task, interact effectively with internal and external customers, and meet physical demands such as lifting up to 45 lbs, climbing, bending, and performing repetitive motions.

Responsibilities
- Perform daily duties including Lift Truck Safety Checklists
- Monitor warehouse equipment and report maintenance issues to Warehouse Supervisor and Maintenance personnel
- Complete daily picks for ALL out-bound orders
- Assist the team in loading and unloading trucks in the most efficient manner
- Assist in the verification of inbound/outbound product utilizing packing lists and bills of landing
- Consolidate partial pallets & re work inventory as assigned by Shipper 3
- Conduct cycle counts/recounts as assigned by Warehouse Coordinator
- Maintain good housekeeping; sweep, pick up debris daily
- Ability to multi-task and interact with internal and external customers
- All other tasks as assigned
