About The Position
The Shiplift Maintenance Supervisor at BAE Systems is responsible for overseeing the maintenance program for the Shiplift and associated facilities. This role involves ensuring safety compliance, managing maintenance activities, and supervising technical projects related to facility engineering and maintenance. The supervisor will also develop maintenance plans, manage resources through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), and lead a team of skilled tradespeople.
