About The Position
THIS IS A 1ST SHIFT POSITION Process: Step 1 Team member gets KANBAN's, Manifest sheets, and shippers from Shipping Office Step 2 Team member organizes paperwork in Toyota Area Step 3 Team member breaks down skids as needed for building Step 4 Team member starts building skids Step 5 Team member pulls PLEX labels, and inserts KANBAN cards into each tote on the skid Step 6 Team member builds the master label in PLEX and stages the skid in PLEX Step 7 Team member places the master label on the manifest sheet, and places the manifest sheets on the skid Step 8 Quality inspector checks the skid and places a bingo dot on the manifest sheet Step 9 Team member stacks the checked skids, wraps skid, and places in staging area Step 10 Repeat steps 1-9 until all orders are completed

- Repeat steps 1-9 until all orders are completed
