About The Position

This position is responsible for supporting ELP DC Wholesale and OEM area by printing sales orders, work orders, scheduling shipments, providing tracking and POD to CS and addressing customer unexpected requests. Provide support to management in the El Paso Distribution Center in the Wholesale and OEM shipping area.

Requirements

High school diploma
3 – 5 years of warehouse experience in material handling, written and verbal instructions in English & Spanish and safety procedures.
Ability to multi-task and handle numerous details simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
Computer skills: Excel, Word, outlook, internet, JD Edwards

Responsibilities

Print customers orders and distribute them to Pickers
Coordinate and assure that all pickers complete in a timely matter daily order
Assist Supervisor with Customer Service department requests via email to provide tracking information, order corrections and expedited orders.
Assist with metric reports.
Assist with inventory transactions on company’s system
Scheduling pick-ups for shipments going to customers
Assisting supervisor with overage and shortage shipments to customers
Receive cliché’s from Tampo Print and St. Louis
Freight Quotes, Call tags, cross shipments, Schedule pick up from Customers/Suppliers.
Monitor Forklift Check Logs
Maintain RSCO Shipments File updated
Update Wholesale Area capacity/OT planning chart.
Burn Requested Clichés
Maintain US Container and 17 Point inspection forms log updated.
Run Work Orders Man Hours report to inform supervisor.
Monitor Orders in process Report (Ship Today) & Order to Print/ship reports
Assist in monitoring Orders on hold on Wholesale area.
Data Entry
Other duties as assigned.
