Responsibilities

  • The Artisan provides repair and engraving services to a variety of Shinola products.
  • Artisans are responsible for the handling and shipping of serviced watches and jewelry, customer care, and data capture through Salesforce.
  • The Artisan maintains active communication with the stores they service and acts as an intermediary for corporate partners to ensure repair and engraving best practices enhance the retail guest experience.
  • Completes watch repairs for assigned market in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Responsible for producing high quality service in an efficient and timely manner. This involves shipping and handling, customer care, and data capture.
  • Resolves customer service issues regarding engravings or watch repairs within their assigned market, which includes correspondence with customers, Shinola customer service, retail management, and carrier services.
  • Completes customer engraving orders for their assigned market and ad-hoc as needed, in a quality, efficient, and timely manner.
  • Is responsible for operational task completion; ordering supplies and submitting weekly reporting and email communication.
  • Supports the guest experience during peak store traffic times by being a watch and jewelry subject matter expert to support group selling with the sales team.
