Requirements
- 3–5+ years of roofing experience, including leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems and installation practices
- Ability to read plans and specifications
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate roofing crews on job sites
- Install and oversee installation of asphalt shingle roofing systems
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
- Train and mentor crew members
- Enforce safety standards and company procedures
- Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and clients as needed
- Conduct quality inspections and resolve issues on-site
