About The Position
In this position, you will operate various types of production equipment. The company will train dependable individuals with a desire to work as a part of a team in a successful and growing manufacturing company.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED Equivalent
- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience and willingness to perform several jobs across different areas of the plant
Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery to maximize output of quality product.
- Retrieve and move raw material into place as required.
- Perform a variety of tasks to maintain the proper flow of materials throughout the plant.
- Provide coverage for a variety of manufacturing processes/equipment.
- Provide brief relief when applicable for breaks and lunch.
- Follow production schedules, oral and published job instructions, specifications and prescribed procedures.
- Detect, rectify as able, and report faulty operations, defective materials, or unusual conditions.
- Observe prescribed safety regulations.
- Keep count, tallies and records as required.
- Perform various other related or associated duties as required or directed.
- Participate in continuous improvement processes.
- Other production duties as assigned.
Benefits
- $1.50 shift differential per hour while working 2nd shift
- $1 shift differential per hour while working 3rd shift
