About The Position

The position involves maintaining accurate player tracking in accordance with established policies and procedures, the State of Colorado Limited Gaming Act, and other applicable municipal, state, and federal laws or regulations. The role also emphasizes providing exceptional guest service.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• One or more years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must have or have the ability to obtain a Colorado Support Gaming License

Responsibilities

• Accurately track player transactions through the player tracking system
• Maintain a clean table games area
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Create new player accounts
• Provide personal attention and assistance to customers
• Verify customer winnings and explain gaming rules and regulations as necessary
• Perform duties in compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act, including special attention to underage gaming and recommendations to management regarding alcohol consumption by patrons
• Maintain general awareness of table operations
• Handle and resolve minor employee issues such as schedules and dealer rotations
• Maintain knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures as provided by Table Games management
• Perform other duties, including special projects, as needed and directed
