Parking Concepts, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Shift Supervisor position in Beverly Hills, CA. We have a proud history spanning over 50 years of providing high quality, progressive and innovative parking management services at hotels, hospitals, retail centers, commercial buildings, and special events. What’s in it for you? Immediate Opening Growth Opportunities Supportive Work Environment Schedule: Tuesday to Friday; 9:00 AM to 5:30PM and Saturday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM Pay Rate: $22.00 Hourly Position Overview: Assist field managers and supervise site operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Superb customer service skills is a must.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate, read and write in English
- Have sufficient office and office management skills.
- Must have proficient computer skills.
- Strong leadership and must be reliable, punctual, responsible, thorough and have a great work ethic.
- Great communication skills with the members of your team, guests, and management.
- Must have the ability to multitask and have great problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Follows directions and has ability to document incidents and complete daily reports.
- Must be able to multitask and adapt to changing needs of the location.
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Must be available to work weekends and overtime when required.
Nice To Haves
- Parking experience with MS Office tools, PARIS or GENEVA software knowledge preferred but not required.
- Previous supervisory and parking experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Opens and closes exit booths, ensuring they are staffed as scheduled.
- Responsible for employee training.
- Communicates instructions and assigns traffic personnel as needed.
- Monitors employee performance.
- Provides traffic personnel with maps and necessary supplies as required.
- Posts signage where needed.
- Other projects as assigned.
