Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of team lead or supervisory experience
• Minimum 3 years of sit-down forklift operating experience
• Forklift certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience with inventory management systems (or willingness to learn)
• Ability to regularly lift 50–75 pounds
• Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
• Must be able to work OT when needed
• Must have a valid drivers license

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop warehouse team members
• Safely and effectively operate sit-sown forklifts
• Ensure safety, quality, and delivery standards
• Manage attendance, performance, and shift reports
• Support LEAN/5S and continuous improvement
• Communicate with customers and leadership
