About The Position

Printpack is seeking the most qualified candidate to fill the position of Shift Supervisor in our Extrusion Department for the Villa Rica I facility. This position is NIGHT SHIFT - 3/2 Schedule Job Requirements: Manage the shift to ensure all performance goals of the plant in relation to safety, waste, quality, and productivity are achieved. Provide associates with coaching, feedback, and timely performance reviews. Ensure that internal and external customer expectations are met and that ISO 9001 Quality System procedures are followed. Oversee plant initiatives such as 5S, QCO, and AIB. Supervise shift personnel in a manner that promotes a sense of fairness and high morale. Control operating costs. Perform job checkouts and make decisions regarding quality. Oversee the department on the night shift to ensure compliance to regulatory policies. Effectively facilitate and lead a small team to achieve specific QCO goals. Requirements

Minimum of 3 - 5 years production experience needed
Proven ability to effectively manage people and responsibilities
Strong computer skills needed, PRISM knowledge is a plus
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills needed
Strong technical skills in flexible packaging desired
Must be able to pass a physical, drug screen and background check
Must have received a 'Performer' or better on last performance review
Must not have active disciplinary action higher than Verbal Warning
Must be in current role for more than 120 days
