About The Position

SSP America operates several restaurants throughout the Raleigh-Durham International Airport located in Morrisville, NC
We are currently hiring for Shift Supervisors to work at Jason’s Deli and BurgerFi located inside the Raleigh-Durham International Airport.
Here are a few things you can expect when you join our team as a Shift Supervisor:
Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner
Run shifts according to SSP standards and operating procedures
Train new hires on operational standards and processes
Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists as required
Provide support, coaching and direction to team to deliver business goals
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Can pass a 10-Year TSA Background Check
• At least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the food & beverage industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Nice To Haves

• Full Service and/or Quick Service restaurant experience
• Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports.
