About The Position

Villa Restaurant Group is hiring Shift Supervisors for our brand-new Starbucks location at JFK Airport Terminal 6, scheduled to open this summer. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new store opening and play a key role in building a strong, high-performing team from the ground up.

Requirements

Previous supervisory experience in a coffee shop, quick service, or restaurant environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Customer-focused with a hands-on approach
Flexible availability (including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays)
Must be able to obtain and maintain airport security clearance (background check required)

Responsibilities

Lead and support daily shift operations in a high-volume environment
Coach, motivate, and support baristas to deliver excellent service
Ensure Starbucks standards for quality, service, and cleanliness are consistently met
Manage deployment, breaks, and workflow during shifts
Support inventory, cash handling, and operational procedures
Step in as needed to support all areas of the store
