About The Position

The primary purpose of a Restaurant Shift Supervisor is to lead, manage, and support the restaurant team during a specific shift to ensure smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and the achievement of operational goals. They act as a bridge between management and frontline staff, ensuring that policies and procedures are followed, standards are maintained, and the team is motivated and productive.

Requirements

  • Prior work experience as a shift supervisor preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work well in a stressful and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment to achieve team, department, and corporate goals

Responsibilities

  • Assign servers, bartenders, bussers, cashiers’ stations
  • Ability to assign tasks to staff
  • Ability to supervise staff to ensure that all tasks are completed on time
  • Ability to adjust staffing levels as necessary
