The shelter consists of 85 units and approximately 344 beds. This position oversees a team of Residential Coordinators, providing direct supervision and support to staff on shift while ensuring consistency in client service delivery, crisis response, and shelter operations. The Shift Supervisor is the primary point of contact for operational decision-making during assigned shifts and ensures compliance with all Shelter House policies and standards.
