About The Position

We’re seeking a motivated and reliable Shift Supervisor who’s ready to take their restaurant experience to the next level. In this role, you’ll work alongside our management team, supporting day-to-day operations while developing the skills to become a future department manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in front-of-house roles who is eager to lead and grow within the hospitality industry.

Requirements

• You’ve been a server lead, shift lead, or taken on progressively responsible roles in the FOH.
• A solid background in FOH operations is required,
• Great references.
• A goal-oriented individual with a strong desire to advance into a management role.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the manager on duty with running shifts, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest service.
• Gaining hands-on experience across all FOH roles (greeter, server, busser/runner, bartender, etc.) and building a foundation of kitchen knowledge to support BOH teamwork.
• Leading and motivating hourly team members to maintain high service standards.
• Acting as a role model and liaison between the team and management.
