Shift Supervisor
About The Position
Supervises management of operations during evening, night, weekend, and/or holiday hours; coordinates staffing of patient care area, provision of interdepartmental services, and administration of emergency operational procedures. Requirements
- 3-5 years clinical nursing experience
- Graduate of accredited diploma, associate degree or baccalaureate degree nursing program
- NJ State Nursing License
- BLS Healthcare Provider Certification
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management and critical thinking skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience
- Bachelors’ degree in nursing or health related field
