Shift Supervisor
About The Position
We're looking for a Shift Supervisor who can confidently lead a sales floor, support budtenders in real time, and keep the store running smoothly while meeting Washington State cannabis regulations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands that great cannabis retail means product knowledge, compliance, teamwork, and customer trust, all working together. You're expected to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a rotating schedule. While this position may be posted for a specific location, supervisors may be scheduled at any of our stores based on business needs.
Requirements
- Previous experience leading or supervising a team
- Strong communication and follow-through
- Ability to stay organized and prioritize during busy shifts
- Comfort coaching performance and giving feedback
- Solid customer service instincts
- Must be 21+
Nice To Haves
- Cannabis product knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead the store during your shift, including opening and closing
- Support and coach budtenders in real time
- Manage tills, cash drops, and deposits accurately
- Handle shift issues calmly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with all security and LCB requirements
- Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and customer-ready
- Document incidents and shift notes clearly
- Set the tone for customer service and team culture
