Requirements

Prior experience in a supervisory / leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment.
Proficient Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Can support compressed work week night shift schedule
A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Nice To Haves

Semiconductor fab experience preferred

Responsibilities

Support to a team of technicians with training, mentoring, coaching, and skill development.
Manage and provide headcount planning for daily attendance, vacation & absence management to ensure customer production targets are delivered.
Communicate and report assigned shift team completion of internal and external customer KPI’s, drive the success of the assigned module goals, and support performance corrective action plans as needed.
Effectively communicate with team and customer by developing and maintaining excellent working relationships and participating in on-site meetings.
Serve as primary responder to customer’s issues while communicating effectively and driving continuous improvement.
Lead and actively participate in system failure investigations and the execution and/or development of change initiatives.
Address and mitigate conflicts and escalate to Operations Management as needed.
Ensure assigned shift team is adhering to all customer performance and safety protocols.
Protect company & customer assets, reputation and ensure business continuity
