Requirements

  • Prior experience in a supervisory / leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Can support compressed work week night shift schedule
  • A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Nice To Haves

  • Semiconductor fab experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support to a team of technicians with training, mentoring, coaching, and skill development.
  • Manage and provide headcount planning for daily attendance, vacation & absence management to ensure customer production targets are delivered.
  • Communicate and report assigned shift team completion of internal and external customer KPI’s, drive the success of the assigned module goals, and support performance corrective action plans as needed.
  • Effectively communicate with team and customer by developing and maintaining excellent working relationships and participating in on-site meetings.
  • Serve as primary responder to customer’s issues while communicating effectively and driving continuous improvement.
  • Lead and actively participate in system failure investigations and the execution and/or development of change initiatives.
  • Address and mitigate conflicts and escalate to Operations Management as needed.
  • Ensure assigned shift team is adhering to all customer performance and safety protocols.
  • Protect company & customer assets, reputation and ensure business continuity
