About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Shift Supervisor to help lead our team in delivering outstanding guest service, maintaining high food quality standards, and ensuring efficient shift operations. As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to person for supporting daily activities, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive, productive work environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of experience in the restaurant or food service industry, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
