About The Position
The FOH Shift Supervisor position is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment during designated shifts. This role involves overseeing daily activities, managing staff, and ensuring that customer service standards are met consistently. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for training new employees, resolving customer issues, and maintaining a positive work environment. Additionally, this position requires effective communication with upper management to report on shift performance and any operational challenges. Requirements

- Previous experience in a supervisory role or relevant field.

Responsibilities
