About The Position

We are seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor to join our Adult Behavioral Health program in Effort, PA. The Shift Supervisor coordinates and facilitates operations of our Community Residential Rehab (CRR), serving individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. This role provides leadership, ensures smooth shift transitions, and supports both residents and staff through direct care, supervision, and incident management. The supervisor also plays a key role in staff development, scheduling, and on-call coverage.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have an active and unrestricted driver's license.
• Experience in the Human Services.

Nice To Haves

• One year experience working in a psychiatric setting preferred.
• Supervisory experience in a psychiatric setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee evening operations and send daily shift reports to management.
• Supervise staff on shift, including monthly written evaluations and direct support.
• Manage incidents by completing electronic reports and notifying upper management.
• Provide hands-on care and engage directly with residents during the shift.
• Attend monthly staff meetings (daytime; compensated).
• Participate in on-call coverage rotation.
