Schedule: Work only 15 days per month with our unique 2-2-3 schedule Work: Monday & Tuesday – Off: Wednesday & Thursday – Work: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday Off: Monday & Tuesday – Work: Wednesday & Thursday – Off: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday 12-hour static shifts (Days - 6:00am - 6:00pm)

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of Supervisor or leadership experience.
  • Must have solid, proven performance showing leadership, quality, safety, and job ability
  • Ability to work well with others and lead a cross functional team.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
  • Strong communication skills and positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • 2-5 years of plastic extrusion experience
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Previous manufacturing experience

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage team members through on-the-job interactions, effective coaching sessions, timely performance evaluations, and corrective actions
  • Be an effective role model for team members by setting the standard with a strong work ethic, promoting a positive work environment, and allocating time for personal growth and development
  • Organize and conduct shift meetings
  • Perform and document disciplinary actions for policy/procedure infractions
  • Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals
  • Conduct Performance evaluations in a timely manner
  • Ensure that lines are up to standard in regards to maintenance
  • Ensure the quality of all products by managing and overseeing quality checks
  • Assist in workforce development and training
  • Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs
  • Observe work and equipment to ensure that operators conform to production or processing standards
  • Coach, motivate, and engage team members.
