We’re looking for strong communicators and team leaders who can think clearly under pressure, make sound decisions, and support a team doing meaningful, real-time work. At Mental Health America of Greenville County, we answer the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline , providing immediate support to people in emotional distress. As a Shift Supervisor , you’ll guide the people behind those conversations. What This Role Really Is You are: · The person people turn to when a situation gets complex · The one who can cut through noise and make decisions quickly · A coach who gives clear, direct, and constructive feedback · A steady, non-judgmental presence for both staff and callers You do not need to be a therapist. You do need to be an excellent communicator .
