About The Position

We are currently hiring Shift Supervisors who hold our same high standards of quality and customer service. The Shift Supervisor provides functional guidance to crew members, including assignment delegation, instruction and follow-through.

Requirements

• Ability to learn and apply Wendys standard operating procedures
• Human Resources policies and procedures.
• Ability to satisfactorily complete recommended corporate training programs, including, but not limited to, crew positional training program, Wendys Management Institute and ServSafe Food Safety Certification.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma or GED
