Regular work schedule is 12-hour shifts 7 pm- 7am or 7am - 7pm 4-on/4-off including weekends. Supervise crew(s) to perform assigned tasks in accordance with departmental goals for quality, safety, production and sanitation including: verifying compliance with product specifications, safety rules, company policies, HACCP guidelines; overseeing the performance of operator maintenance, inventory control and all required documentation to minimize waste and downtime; supervision of employees regarding attendance, compliance with work rules, evaluation of employee performance and recommending/administering disciplinary actions, when needed. Other duties may be assigned.
