About The Position

SSP America operates various restaurants within the Salt Lake City International Airport, including local favorites like Rooster's Brewing, Uinta Brewing, Panda Express, and Blue Lemon. The Shift Supervisor role is the first step into management, responsible for ensuring that operational standards are consistently achieved by the team of Food Travel Experts. Shift Supervisors are expected to provide excellent customer service to guests and exemplify the company's Passion Principles. They are experts at having warm, friendly smiles, respecting customers, leading shifts to meet or exceed operational standards, and providing support and coaching to teams. This role is ideal for individuals ready to take a leadership step.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner
• Run shifts according to SSP standards and operating procedures
• Train new hires on operational standards and processes
• Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists as required
• Provide support, coaching and direction to team to deliver business goals
• Other duties as assigned
