SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)
About The Position
This is a full-time Shift Supervisor position located at Baxter Batesville. The role involves directing the activities of associates during a specific shift, ensuring job expectations are met, and maintaining company policy and procedure. ESFM, the corporate Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) division of Compass Group USA, is a Keystone member of the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). ESFM aims to elevate the workplace experience by providing innovative FM solutions that ensure a safe, healthy, and sustainable environment for clients in Life Science, Technology, Oil & Gas, and Manufacturing markets. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
- Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
- Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
- Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
- May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
