About The Position

Be part of a winning team! Ron Jon Surf Shop Key West is currently seeking a full time Shift Supervisor! This role works front line sales setting the example for our team displaying good salesmanship and positive customer interactions, helps manage the sales floor, back of house functions and acts as fill in store management. This position requires strong communication skills, work ethic and leadership skills. A positive and professional demeanor is required. This position has a 40 hour a week with consistent scheduling.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience
• 18 years or older
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check

Responsibilities

• Work front line sales setting the example for the team
• Display good salesmanship and positive customer interactions
• Help manage the sales floor and back of house functions
• Act as fill in store management
• Provide enjoyable, knowledgeable and friendly service to customers
• Work with other store associates to keep the store clean, organized and visually appealing
• Process sales transactions in a quick and friendly manner
• Stand/walk for extended periods of time
