About The Position

We are the world’s largest producer of sustainable wood pellets, which provide a low-carbon alternative to fossil fuels. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the shift to ensure efficient and safe operations. This role involves assigning tasks, monitoring productivity, and maintaining high-quality output. The supervisor also addresses any issues on the production floor, ensures equipment is safely used and well-maintained and provides regular reports on production progress.
