• Ability to climb stairs, some lifting, sit and stand for long periods of time, work with heights, bending, kneeling and respirator qualified
• Ability to work a rotating shift in a variety of environmental conditions

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of an operations unit's hourly personnel
• Assist in determining workflow and scheduling
• Implement operational procedures, and enforce company plans, policies and rules
• Handle worker issues honestly and directly using excellent communication skills
• Determine safe and efficient operations for the shift consistent with management's daily objectives
• Participate actively in safety programs to achieve a zero injury culture
• Understand and follow company safety procedures
• Develop understanding of the process and be able to troubleshoot
