About The Position

The Shift Supervisor Trainee role at CVS Health is an entry-level, short-term position designed to prepare employees for higher-level supervisory roles such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. This position focuses on developing management skills, understanding CVS/pharmacy culture, and enhancing customer service capabilities. Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and store crews
• Supervise the store's crew by assigning, directing, and following up on all activities
• Communicate information effectively to and from store management and crews
• Assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints
• Promote CVS customer service culture by greeting, offering help, and thanking customers
• Handle customer relations issues in accordance with company policy
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality
