About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, you will lead store operations during your shift, ensuring a high-quality customer service experience while working alongside a team of baristas. Requirements

  • 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.
  • 6 months of experience in a position requiring constant customer interaction.
  • 6 months of experience delegating tasks to other employees.
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
