About The Position

As a shift supervisor at Starbucks, you will lead with craft and heart to create a warm and welcoming space for your community. Every shift is an opportunity to brighten someone's day and connect with customers over a cup of coffee. You will be responsible for maintaining store operating policies and standards, ensuring quality beverages and food products, and providing excellent customer service. Your role will also involve coaching and preparing food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, as well as delegating tasks to other employees.

Requirements

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interaction with customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
• Delegate tasks to other employees and/or coordinate the tasks of two or more employees
