About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, you will lead store operations during your shift, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and guiding a team of baristas. You will be responsible for upholding Starbucks' operational standards and fostering a culture of connection and belonging among partners and customers.

Requirements

• Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment - 1 year.
• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interaction with customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Effective oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.

• Experience with cash-handling and store safety procedures.
• Ability to keep calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to learning new beverage recipes.

Responsibilities

• Lead each shift and work alongside baristas to deliver quality customer service.
