About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, you will lead store operations during your shift, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and guiding a team of baristas. Requirements

• Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment - 1 year.
• Six months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with customers.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees or coordinating tasks of two or more employees.
• Ability to maintain regular attendance and work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
