As a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, you will lead store operations during your shift, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and guiding a team of baristas.   • Work alongside baristas to deliver expertly-crafted beverages and food products.
  • Act as a role model for store operations standards and customer service excellence.
  • Motivate and guide team members to create an uplifting experience for customers and partners.
  • Handle cash and ensure store safety and security protocols are followed.
  • Train and coach team members on beverage preparation and customer interaction.
  • 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.
  • 6 months of experience in a position requiring constant customer interaction.
  • 6 months of experience delegating tasks to other employees or coordinating tasks of multiple employees.
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, energetic work environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new beverage recipes.
