About The Position
The primary responsibility of the Security Shift Supervisor at Wynn Resorts is to ensure the overall safety and security of employees, guests, and property while upholding the Forbes Five-Star standards and the Wynn Resort Core Values and Behaviors. The Security Shift Supervisor requires a positive attitude, strong leadership abilities, and the capacity to provide guidance, support and oversight to the security officers, shift counterparts and specialty security teams. The Security Shift Supervisor is accountable for the overall work performance of the security staff, administrative duties, and any additional responsibilities assigned by Senior Security Management. In the absence of the Security Shift Assistant Manager, the Security Shift Supervisor assumes their duties and responsibilities.
