About The Position
The Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading shifts to create an excellent experience for guests and team members. This role ensures fast and friendly service, quality products, and a clean, safe store environment. The Shift Supervisor performs all roles and duties of a team member while supporting the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
