2nd Shift Supervisor - Kitting Operations

We are seeking a Shift Supervisor - Kitting Operations, to lead a large team, optimize workflow, and maintain exceptional quality and productivity standards. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of 20+ employees to complete assembly and fulfillment tasks accurately and on time
- Coordinate daily staffing needs and production priorities with leadership
- Partner with team leads to address performance issues and support employee development
- Ensure high-quality output by maintaining compliance with internal and customer SOPs
- Identify workflow issues, analyze performance data, and assist in resolving operational challenges
- Maintain accurate inventory records with attention to lot and expiration tracking
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and resource utilization
- Prepare or contribute to SOPs, training materials, and standardization efforts
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely shipments
- Participate in hiring, performance evaluations, and corrective actions
- Perform additional duties as needed in a fast-paced fulfillment environment
