About The Position

The Janitorial Account Supervisor is responsible for overseeing janitorial operations at assigned client locations. This role ensures high-quality cleaning services, compliance with safety standards, and excellent customer satisfaction. The Account Supervisor manages staff scheduling, training, and performance, while maintaining strong client relationships and operational efficiency.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in janitorial or facility services.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts effectively.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs.
Basic computer skills for scheduling and reporting.

Responsibilities

Supervise janitorial staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Develop and maintain work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and timely completion of tasks.
Inspect facilities regularly to ensure cleaning standards and client expectations are met.
Respond promptly to client requests and resolve service issues effectively.
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; order as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and safety procedures.
Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, work orders, and inspections.
Assist with budgeting and cost control for assigned accounts.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
