About The Position

We are hiring immediately for a full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position at Eurest San Lorenzo. The position involves directing the activities of associates during a specific shift and overseeing that assigned job expectations are completed while maintaining policy and procedure. The schedule is full time, from Sunday to Friday, 8:00 pm to 4:30 am. The role requires food service supervisor experience and offers a pay range of $11.00 to $11.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining those who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management.
• Ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging them to set goals and strive for advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
