SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

About the position

Unidine is hiring immediately for a full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position. The role involves directing the activities of associates during a specific shift and overseeing that assigned job expectations are completed while maintaining policy and procedure. The position is located at Quarry Hill - 30 Community Lane, Camden, ME 04843, with a full-time schedule from Sunday through Thursday, 11:30 am to 8:00 pm. The company is willing to train and offers a flexible schedule year-round.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management.
• Ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Prior supervisory experience preferred, but not required.
