About The Position

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift.
• Provide training and create work schedules for staff.
• Evaluate the performance of workers and reward high performers.
• Discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management.
• Ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor employees and encourage them to set goals for advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
