About The Position

Eurest is hiring immediately for full time and part time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions at Delta Sky Club MSP located at 4300 Glumack Drive, Saint Paul, MN 55111. Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining those who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management.
• Ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
