About The Position

We are hiring immediately for full time and part time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions at Delta Sky Club MSP. The position involves directing the activities of associates during a specific shift and overseeing that assigned job expectations are completed while maintaining policy and procedure. The role includes providing training, creating work schedules, evaluating performance, preparing production or sales reports, and acting as a contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift.
• Oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while maintaining policy and procedure.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management.
• Ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
